Our Method
Pigeonholing is human, isn’t it? It helps us keep things organized. But, as Jaap says, “Predictability is boring.” Describing Tribe28’s culture isn’t easy because our traits don’t fit neatly into boxes. With lots of energy, passion, and a bit of chaos thrown in, the Tribe28 team is determined to succeed together.
“Jaap is great at planning long-term and bringing people together,” says Daniël. “I’m more about spotting commercial opportunities and closing deals quickly.” Jaap agrees, saying, “Ultimately, it’s about the unexpected wins we achieve as a team each week and month.
